Little helpful Emma

Emma is 2 years and 5 months today, I thought the blog posting had been a bit lacking. Mainly because she’s just been talking more and more, bit hard to remember all the funny things she said.
Then I remember something else she’s been doing lately…
Our very helpful little Emma. She’s very keen to help and will tell you, “Emma help mummy” or Emma 幫忙 mummy” (same thing in Chinese)
If she wants you to make a bottle for her, she will go get the tin of formula out of the cupboard. (You should watch her when it was a full tin and how she very carefully put it onto the kitchen counter) Then she gets a small bottle out from the same cupboard. Ask you to make the bottle and goes off to lie on the couch waiting.
If you have any nice food she likes, such as ice cream, cake or anything else she wants to eat; she’d say, we share. Then runs off and get her own bowl and spoon.
She also quite likes helping with watering the plants, will bring her own small watering can now. Used to try and tackle the big one and she was carrying it fine as long as it’s not a full one. But we do need a bit of directions for where to water, or the same plant will get A LOT of water!!
She can help with laundry as well, but usually get bored quite soon! 
So hopefully, we will be a very helpful girl…. just need to give her another few years to be really useful.
