Not too sure why or how. Emma has been enjoying this game of putting a little soft toy in her tummy (clothes) and said: “Mummy, I’m having a baby”

One day, she was doing this again and decided it was my turn. So she stuffed the little Purex “Rolly” dog in my tummy. Daddy happened to call home at the time and was on speaker phone.

Emma: Daddy, mummy is having a baby.

Daddy: (silence for a while) Oh really?

Mummy: Hahaha yeah, a brown hairy little dog!

Daddy: (phew!!)

話說, 我家妹妹最近就很愛把布娃娃藏在肚子(衣服)裡, 跟我說… mummy, I’m having a baby.

那天 自己玩好, 說要換我了, 把娃娃塞到我這; 剛好他爸打電話回來… 他就跟爸爸說… Daddy, mummy is having a baby.

爸爸: …….. 沉默了一陣子不知道該說甚麼. 真的嗎?

媽媽: 哈哈哈哈…. 是啊, 我要生一隻咖啡色的小狗

爸爸: (鬆了一口氣)
